On April 18 I will be teaching a one hour long workout that incorporates a warm up, high intensity interval training, house dance moves, low impact body weight exercises, and a cool down, all to the beat of a live DJ house music set. This time around Michael Jurado will shower us with his tunes so we can get sweaty together. I dont think working out could get more fun than this!

And it wouldnt be a club experience unless we opened the bar afterwards. Taylor Houseman is going to keep the vibe going upstairs in the lounge and bar area, so all of you can cool off with a beer, cocktail, and kombucha!
